INFORMATION ON THE SURROUNDINGS OF THE VILLA At the end of a large avenue, with tres, swings, slides and fountains you can find our villa which is situated at only 2 minutes walk from the promenade and the beach of “San Pedro de Alcantara”. On this mentioned promenade you can find beach bars, restaurants and bars, where you can enjoy, lunch, dinner or simply enjoy a drink next to the next. This beach also offers the possibility to hire water bikes, pedaleos, etc. At only a few metres from the villa, you can find 2 well known restaurants, as well as, many others nearby. At only 200 metres from the villa, you can also find one of the best sports club of the area, in which you can play, paddel, tennis or join the gym, social club or beauty salon. THE VILLA The villa is large and relaxing, due to its vegetations, fruit trees, pond, swimming-pool, swings, slide and tennis table, as well as, being a very private villa. It offers 5 bedrooms, prepared and decorated with all luxury of details, in order to make you fell like at home. All the bedrooms offer their own private bathroom, fully equiped and including hair dryers. The commun areas of the villa offer: A guest toilet on the ground floor. The Main Lounge is decorated with wooden beams and offers 3 large sofas in leather with views to the pond. The main lounge also offers, a 42” Plasma TV, music set, DVD, Satelite TV with around 150 channels is all languages, TDT, chimney, air conditioning (hot & cold air) and a cealing fan. A large Dinning area, with a large glass table with marble stands, which sits 10 to 14 persons all in arm chairs. This area is situated next to the Main lounge, also offers direct access to the kitchen and offers large french windows with direct views of the garden, BBQ area, swings & slide area, as well as the swimming-pool. The large french windows can be completely oppened to offer you an in/out area. A second lounge “Readind Lounge” decorated with wooden cealing and wooden beams on the cealing, offering, chimney, 2 large leather sofas, book shelf area with exchange book system, a collection of 200 DVD’s, TV & DVD, Play Station 1 with games, Intenet wireless ADSL and games. A Large Kitchen with dinning area, offering a large fridge and a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, glass hob top, gas cooker, electric grill, deep fat fryer, oven, microwave, water boiler, toaster, coffee machine, as well as other small electrical appliances. In the exterior area of the villa you can find the BBQ area with capacity for 10 persons sitting down. This area is brick built and offers cuchions and sun shade. Next to the BBQ area, you can find the CHILL OUT area with a wooden table and air chairs which can sit 6 persons, also offering a retractable sun shade and the tennis table. On the other side of the BBQ and in a grass area, you can find the SWINGS & SLIDE area. In front of the BBQ and dinning area, you can find a large grass area where to enjoy the sun in the 14 sun beds that we provide. This area leads to the Swimming-pool size 9 x 4 metres. This mentioned pool can be heated to your choice and has a walk in cover (like a conservatory), which can be completely opened in the summer or completely covered in the winter. Next to the pool we offer an exterior shower with hot & cold water. As stated the swimming-pool size is 9 x 4 metres and can be heated in the winter if you wish. It has a glass cover (like a conservatory) which size is 11 x 7 metres which includes the pool and an area of around 20 squared metres where we offer 2 arm chairs and side table. Due to the area being quite large you can accommodate some sun beds if you wish. This area also offers music and lights. The pool area when covered can be locked if you wished. The garaje has a capacity for 1 car and in the same you can find the washing –machine, sun cushions and sun beds, as well as the inflatables for the pool area. In our villa you will enjoy a lovely wake up in the mornings with the signing of the birds and can enjoy a relaxing breakfast in the sun or shade with the rumor of the water of the pond. At luch, prepare yourself for a lovely BBQ equally under the sun or shade. In the afternoon and after your lunch, relax next to the pool on a sun bed. At night, if you prefer to stay at home and prepare your dinner, you can enjoy the superb and fully equiped kitchen or again prepare a BBQ, if not, in the surroundings, you have a large selection of restaurants to choose from. We offer: The only villa which offers heated & covered pool, for which it could be raining and inside the cover you would still be warm and dry to enjoy your pool area.
